Floor to Table
2024
Shaped in a compact globe-on-foot profile, Floor to table translates Hong Kong’s patterned floor tiles into a quiet ceramic study. The grid bends with the curve of the body, turning a flat pattern into volume and rhythm. A modern interpretation of everyday Hong Kong design.
Part of Fragments of Hong Kong, a series that gathers everyday scenes and objects from the city into tactile studies.
